_{Sepanj’s roots trace back to 1986, with the establishment of Ghorfeh International Exhibition Services Company. The company operated in the exhibition industry until 1990, then entered a new phase focused on developing modern office environments and manufacturing prefabricated systems.}

_{In 1991, the company introduced Germany’s Octanorm system to Iran, helping advance modern exhibition structures and interior-fit-out standards. Following the transfer of technical know-how and the start of licensed Octanorm production, its activities expanded under the name Actiran, leading to the domestic manufacture of modular systems meeting international standards.}

_{Since 2004, this journey has continued under the name Sepanj Sazeh Asa. Today, Sepanj is an integrated design, engineering, manufacturing, and execution company for brand-led projects—turning each client’s idea and commercial objective into a real, engineered, buildable, and deliverable environment.}

_{Sepanj’s operational infrastructure includes its main factory in Baharestan Industrial Town, on a site measuring 8,500 square metres, and its support facility in Heljerd Industrial Town, on a 2,500-square-metre site. Production halls, painting facilities, assembly areas, warehouses, specialised machinery, technical teams, and logistics capacity across both locations form a coordinated cycle for manufacturing, preparation, and project delivery.}
